If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return your purchased item(s) within 7 days from the date of Delivery. All returned products must be in its original condition when you received them and in it’s original box and/or packaging. Tampered or damaged products will not be accepted as returns.
Returns Terms and Conditions
1. The table below sets out our return policies based on the conditions mentioned below:

Non-returnable Products
1. Products which have been used or damaged by you or are not in the condition you received them.
2. Any consumable product which has been used or installed.
3. Products with tampered or missing serial numbers;
4. Items that were on sale or offer on district25.lk.
5. Items that are not in original condition and packaging.
6. Items damaged due to misuse or showing signs of wear and tear.
7. Item that were sealed and required their hygienic level to be intact and maintained by the brand.
8. Gift vouchers sold are not accepted in exchange for cash.
Your Refund
• Products which are approved for return, will be refunded in full and the product should be sent back to our head office at:
No 50A, Galle Road, Wellawatte, Colombo 6, Sri Lanka.
• If the products have a manufacturing fault or are not as described on our website; or
• If the return is due to an error on our side, such as an error in pricing or product description, etc.
• You will receive a full refund if you cancel your order, prior to dispatch from our facilities.
• Unless the order is damaged, faulty or otherwise incorrect, any shipping charges related to refund will be borne by the customer
Refund Procedure
Refunds will be processed depending on your method of payment, as below:
- Cash on delivery payments will be issued a refund as store credits; or
- Credit/Debit card payments will be refunded either as store credits or refunded back to your credit/debit card.
Refund Timescale
Your final refund will be received as follows:
• If refund is to your credit/debit card, within thirty (30) days from the date we receive the product at our head office and upon completion of inspection of the product.
• If your refund is in store credits, you will receive the refund within three (3) working days from the date we receive the product at our head office and upon completion of inspection of product by our team; or
• If you have cancelled your order prior to shipping, we will provide store credits within three (3) working days from the date of cancellation, or within thirty (30) days if you choose to transfer back the amount to your credit/debit card.
